Shipping
All purchases are shipped via USPS. All domestic shipments have a tracking number, and international shipments will be tracked when possible. I ship First Class Package Service unless otherwise specified. USPS estimates delivery times of 2-5 days. I can't be responsible for delays in shipping times. If you need your order by a certain time, please get in touch to make sure it is possible.
All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and it is illegal for me to mark the package as anything other than what it is.
UK Shipping
Due to the Brexit tax VAT going into effect 1/1/21, I will only be accepting UK orders through my Etsy shop. It is not an easy decision to make, but at this time I do not have the resources required to be compliant with the new regulations on my website. Thank you for your understanding of the difficult situation, and I hope you will continue to shop Modern Tally on Etsy.
Returns
Custom orders and personalized items can not be returned.
All other items are eligible for return if unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale; no refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at leah@moderntally.com.
