Case is well padded, and a beautiful print. The zipper works well and doesn't get stuck. The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I've been pleased with everything so far.
I have ordered a handful of masks, but this one really is the best by far! The fabric is thick enough to make you feel protected but not so thick that you can't breathe (a big feat)! The metal nose strip also makes a giant difference in getting the mask to fit your face. I still have to travel to my office once a week, and I am glad I have this well made (and cute) mask to bring with me! Will be ordering another when they are available!

This is my second time buying a personalized makeup bag. They make great gifts. The bags are beautiful and the personalization makes it extra special.
I've worn this mask for two 10-hour work days now with what looks like many more in my future. The fit is perfect with good coverage. It's comfortable and breathable, as least as much as a mask can be. I have machine washed and line dried it three times now and it comes out good as new each time. My only regret is not having ordered more than one!

Craftsmanship and material are beautiful of course but I was surprised it was being marketed as a Dopp kit when it's not waterproof or very structured for toiletries/cosmetics and such. It was so thin and floppy I'm sure my stuff would just jumble around in there. Maybe I assumed it was a coated canvas or something from the pictures? Pretty but no practical, unfortunately. Disappointed.
